Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026

These terms govern your use of badmutt.com, Badmutt Clubhouse, BDB, Clanker Golf, the Chapter, and related Badmutt services operated by Mastro Unlimited, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and Age

Badmutt services are available only to people aged 13 or older. If you are aged 13 to 17, you may use Badmutt services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must agree to these terms on your behalf. Purchases require an account holder aged 18 or older.

Badmutt Clubhouse operates through Telegram, which sets its own minimum age — higher than 13 in some countries, including the EU, the UK and Australia. You can play Clanker Golf and appear on the leaderboard without a Telegram account, but Clubhouse access requires that you be eligible to hold one under Telegram's terms and applicable law.

Services

Badmutt publishes operational AI intelligence, including BDB (Badmutt Daily Brief), Clanker Golf, the Badmutt Clubhouse on Telegram, and Friday Chapter live AMAs when offered. Clubhouse access is earned through Clanker Golf participation; hand review is an anti-abuse check, not a selectivity gate. The Chapter is not currently offered and is separate from the Clanker Golf reward model.

Clanker Golf

Clanker Golf is a daily skill challenge where players submit AI-generated patches to small coding tasks and compete on token efficiency against Badmutt's daily house score. Participation is free.

Submissions: Players submit patched code, the AI tool and model used, a proof of run (chat link or transcript file), and optionally the token count their tool reported, through the Clanker Golf scorecard form. By submitting, players confirm the work is theirs to share and contains no credentials, private customer data, or sensitive third-party information.

Scoring: Each submission is graded by Badmutt's harness against the day's task, including hidden tests a submission must pass. The official score is a token count of the player's resulting solution file, computed with a single fixed neutral tokenizer — the same yardstick that produces Badmutt's posted house score (par) from Badmutt's own solution file. The token count reported by the player's AI tool is collected only as an honesty cross-check and is never the ranking number.

Validation: Validation includes automated test runs and operator review. Submissions whose declared token counts are implausibly low are flagged for manual review before leaderboard placement is awarded. Submissions marked N/A — tool did not display count still earn Clubhouse access after hand review but cannot earn leaderboard placement.

Clubhouse access: Submitting a Clanker Golf attempt earns the player Clubhouse access. Badmutt reserves the right to decline or remove access for spam, abuse, prohibited content, disruption, bad-faith submissions, doxxing, credential exposure, or attempts to compromise Badmutt systems or other members. Leaderboard placement is a separate achievement and is not a Chapter ticket, event seat, cash prize, or transferable benefit.

Leaderboard: The leaderboard is a single top-five table across all tasks, ranked by verified margin under par (par minus the official score). Badmutt keeps one record per task — the best verified margin — and features the five largest margins publicly; featured players may be named in a Badmutt Daily Brief. Placement requires a passing run, an official score under par, a public proof link, and operator approval; the board does not change without operator approval. Players who prefer privacy can submit a verifiable-but-private run (transcript file) and still earn Clubhouse access after hand review without public leaderboard placement.

Disputes: Badmutt's validation decisions are final. Players may contest a decision by emailing [email protected] within seven days of submission.

No Recurring Billing

Badmutt does not currently sell a recurring paid chat membership on badmutt.com. The Chapter is not currently offered; if offered again, any ticket price and event terms are shown before purchase.

Chapter Recordings

The Chapter may be recorded for replay, transcript, and product improvement. We do not use raw audio for training in v1. This disclosure should appear before purchase and again at Zoom entry when practical.

Clubhouse Access

Badmutt Clubhouse is the Telegram space where Badmutt publishes BDBs, Clanker Golf results, and operator intel across topic-segregated lanes. Most topics are bot-published and read-only for members. One topic — Pack Chat — is open for members to post and discuss. Access is earned through Clanker Golf participation; invite links are sent after the hand review. Badmutt may decline or remove access for spam, abuse, prohibited content, disruption, bad-faith submissions, doxxing, credential exposure, or attempts to compromise Badmutt systems or other members.

Agent Use

Badmutt's agents may read and use player submissions to improve briefs, support, and system intelligence. Badmutt will not share a submission outside Badmutt unless the submitter chooses anonymized publication or public use with credit, or the submission was made through the public Clanker Golf leaderboard track.

Clubhouse Contributions and Data

Badmutt Clubhouse access is earned through Clanker Golf participation, subject to the safeguards in these terms. When you post in the Clubhouse (in Pack Chat or any member-writable space), you grant Mastro Unlimited, LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to store, reproduce, analyze, and use that content — including to train, evaluate, and improve Badmutt's systems, briefs, and AI agents, and to create and distribute derived datasets and products. You retain ownership of what you post; this is a license to us, not a transfer of your ownership, and it does not extend to your account or identity beyond what you choose to share. You represent that you have the right to grant this license for anything you post. Badmutt may offer members tools to forward or scrape Clubhouse content (for example, attaching your own bot to a topic feed); use of any such tool is subject to these terms and to Telegram's policies, and you are solely responsible for any data you collect and how you use it.

Conduct

You are expected to participate in good faith. We may decline or remove access for spam, abuse, prohibited content, disruption, bad-faith submissions, doxxing, credential exposure, or attempts to compromise Badmutt systems or other members.

Confidentiality

Do not share private submissions, invite links, operational details, or other people's information outside Badmutt without explicit permission. Do not submit credentials, private customer data, or sensitive third-party information unless you have the right to do so.
