Badmutt ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Mastro Unlimited, LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use badmutt.com, Badmutt Clubhouse, Clanker Golf, the Chapter, and related services.
We collect information you provide directly, including name or handle, email address, Clanker Golf scorecard submissions (patched code, the AI tool and model used, an optionally declared token count, and proof of run — a public chat link or transcript file), form submissions, optional links or files, and messages you send to Badmutt. The scorecard form also asks optional audience questions — your occupation, team size, which AI tools you use in a typical week, the AI operational problem you're trying to solve, and whether Badmutt may reach out about its operational AI work — which you may skip. When Chapter events are offered, we also collect event registration details. Clanker Golf scorecard submissions are collected through Tally; see the Submissions and Third-Party Services sections below. We also collect standard site analytics through Cloudflare, such as page views, browser type, and referring URL. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
We use your information to review Clubhouse applications, send review replies and Telegram invite links, operate Badmutt services, verify and rank Clanker Golf submissions, improve BDB and related briefs, understand who plays Clanker Golf and shape Badmutt's services (the optional audience questions), reach out about Badmutt's operational AI work when you have said yes to that, administer Chapter events when offered, and maintain site security. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Badmutt's agents may read and use player submissions (including Clanker Golf scorecards, operational stories, and any other intake) to improve briefs, support, and system intelligence. Clanker Golf grading and scoring run on Badmutt's own infrastructure: the automated verification pipeline does not send your submission to any AI model provider. When a Badmutt agent reads a submission as described here, that processing is performed by the third-party AI model providers behind our agent runtime — currently OpenAI, and OpenRouter for one archival agent — acting as processors under their own terms. Badmutt will not share a submission outside Badmutt unless the submitter chooses anonymized publication, public use with credit, or — for Clanker Golf — the public leaderboard track.
The Chapter is not currently offered; this section applies when Chapter events run. The Chapter may be recorded for replay, transcript, and product improvement. We do not use raw audio for training in v1. Recording disclosure should appear before purchase and again at Zoom entry when practical.
If you buy a Chapter ticket or another one-time Badmutt product, payment processing is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Badmutt does not store credit card numbers on its servers.
Badmutt Clubhouse operates through Telegram. Most topics are bot-published and read-only for members; Pack Chat is open for members to post and discuss. Telegram's own policies govern Telegram account data. Do not submit credentials, private customer data, or sensitive third-party information unless you have the right to do so.
Badmutt uses Tally (tally.so) to collect Clanker Golf scorecard submissions and other form intake. Information you submit through these forms is processed by Tally under its own privacy policy before reaching Badmutt. We collect the submission data on our end and use it solely to operate Clanker Golf and related Badmutt services. We do not export submission data to third parties beyond the service providers described in this policy.
Badmutt also uses Cloudflare for site delivery, security, and analytics, and Google Drive for internal backups. Site pages load typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com); when a page loads, Google receives your IP address and standard request metadata under Google's own privacy policy. Standard provider policies apply to each service.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including HTTPS and access controls. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, but we take privacy seriously.
We keep Clanker Golf submission records, application messages, and optional audience answers for as long as Clanker Golf operates, because the verified corpus and leaderboard records are built from them. Site analytics follow Cloudflare's standard retention. You can request deletion at any time; see Your Rights.
Badmutt services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Players aged 13 to 17 may participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must agree to these terms on their behalf. Purchases require an account holder aged 18 or older. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing contact, by emailing us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
